Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls, e-mails and chats from the customers;
  • Creating a positive impression of the support team;
  • Escalating issues outside of service boundaries;
  • Responsible for the resolution and communication to customer issues;

Requirements:

  • Excellent German written and spoken language skills are a must;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Active listening skills;
  • Deep knowledge of Computing devices (Smart Phones, Tablets, Laptops, PCs, etc.);
  • Knowledge of Windows OS – Basic knowledge/fundamentals (Usage);
  • Knowledge of Internet Explorer, Firefox – browsing;

Teleperformance in Poland currently employs over 1000 employees, citizens of 43 different countries, who serve customers in 17 languages. We operate in four sites located in Warsaw, Siedlce and Katowice.
