My adventure with the company started a few years ago when I joined Teleperformance in Katowice – an amazing team of passionate people. I like to challenge myself so I have taken part in the Assessment Centre, I won and I was promoted to Supervisor of technical project in Warsaw. I am really thankful for all the opportunities that Teleperformance has given me and I believe that many more are still waiting for me. I don’t like to brag, but together with my Czech & Slovak teammates we have won the Championship of Teleperformance Table Football Tournament, which I’m very proud of.

My adventure with Teleperformance began in early 2016 in the Netherlands, where I come from. When the project I was working on, moved to Warsaw, I decided to take this opportunity and moved to Poland as well. From the very beginning I shared my knowledge with all of my co-workers and trained them as far as I could. When the Supervisor position was open, I took this opportunity to help and support my team even further on a different level.
